Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Cancellations after acceptance may not be possible. If we do not accept or need to change/cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via email, billing address, or phone number provided.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices at the time of order apply. Taxes, shipping, customs, and import fees are not included unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and update it promptly if it changes. You authorize charges for all purchases, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship only within Japan.

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Return Period (Japan): 15 days from delivery.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions: Custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact: sales@vernailiquea.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges: Return the item first, then place a separate order for the replacement.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (trademarks, images, graphics, videos, text, product designs) is owned by Vernailiquea or its licensors.
