To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges when all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused
  • The reason for return or exchange is approved by our store

Please note that some of our products are made-to-order and/or hygiene-related items.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer-related reasons.

Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • The size of the nail tips received is clearly different from the size you registered
  • Non-press-on nail products are found to be defective, leaking, unusable, or expired
  • The item was damaged during delivery and is confirmed by us as an initial defect

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Customer preference reasons, such as “I changed my mind” or “It was not what I expected”
  • “It came off quickly” or “It did not last as long as expected”
    → Wear time may vary depending on application method, nail condition, and daily lifestyle.
  • “The delivery was late and did not arrive in time for my planned use”
    → Please check the estimated shipping schedule on the product page before placing your order.
  • Minor handmade variations
    → Slight differences in length, shape, thickness, color, or decoration placement may occur.
  • Damage, stains, or deformation after use
  • Damage caused by incorrect use or improper handling
  • Items that have already been used
  • Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards

About Press-On Nail Products

Some Vernailiquea press-on nail products are designed to be removable and reusable.
However, this does not mean they are guaranteed to last permanently.

Depending on usage, application method, storage conditions, and external impact,
the product may become damaged, worn, or deteriorated over time.

In addition, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight individual differences of around 1mm are considered acceptable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

Subject: Return / Exchange Request

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The product name(s) and quantity
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos showing the issue, if applicable

After reviewing the details, we will contact you with instructions regarding the return or exchange process.

※ Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
※ We may ask for photos to confirm the issue.
※ If the issue is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your credit card company, payment provider, or bank.

※ If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we may issue a refund instead.
